Two products, one agricultural transformation

Organic DAP & DAP Premium

  • 260 TPD of certified Organic DAP and Organic DAP Premium — replacing conventional chemical DAP across Tamil Nadu's farms.
  • Farmer economics — reduces per-acre input costs by ₹2,000–₹4,000 per season while improving soil health.
  • Supply security — when global fertilizer prices spike, Tamil Nadu's farmers are shielded, because their fertilizer is made from the state's own resources.

Nano Chelated Organic Liquid Urea

  • 2,00,000 bottles of Nano Chelated Organic Liquid Urea and Urea Plus annually — improving nitrogen efficiency and reducing soil degradation.
  • Export pathway — opens organic-certified produce routes to premium global markets.
  • Circular link — digestate from the group's biogas plants feeds the organic input chain.

What the proposal requests

From the Government of Tamil Nadu & Guidance Tamil Nadu

  • Land: 50–75 acres at Veppur or Cuddalore via TIDCO/SIPCOT.
  • Clearances: single-window via Guidance Tamil Nadu; stamp duty exemption; power tariff concessions.
  • Incentives: 25% capital subsidy & 100% SGST reimbursement under TN Industrial Policy 2021.
  • Procurement: organic fertilizer procurement support for Tamil Nadu farmers.
