Why Veppur

Strategic advantages

  • Thirumavadi Bioenergy adjacency — synergistic feedstock utilisation and shared infrastructure, zero transport cost.
  • Products for three markets — biogas as base energy input, green hydrogen for industrial and mobility offtake, high-purity CO₂-derived dry ice for pharma, food processing and cold chains.
  • Napier feedstock security — 500 dedicated acres of the high-yield perennial ensure supply and price stability.
  • Employment — 150–180 direct jobs across plant operations.

Offtake & support sought

  • Offtake secured: LOI from Mega Engineering Limited for methane; LOI + Offtake Agreement with Sicgil Limited for dry ice.
  • Land: allocation via TIDCO/SIPCOT for 500 acres of Napier cultivation.
